5. Transaction Processing

Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction confirmation and may fluctuate based on market conditions. We are not responsible for any losses due to market volatility.

6. Fees

Paybin charges a service fee for each transaction, which is displayed before you confirm the swap. Network fees (gas fees) are determined by the respective blockchain networks and are not controlled by Paybin.

Paybin is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.
